There are so many myths to dieting and we have all heard them. As you read the following statements, I’m sure you will be nodding your head that you can agree with these phrases.  Here are some of my favorites.

I am a retail manager and I either open the store very early or close late in the evening. Having a set schedule to eat doesn’t also happen. Knowing that eating a full dinner later in the day is actually better for me and works with my lifestyle.  I felt like this book would guide me in the right direction in losing weight and helping adjust my mindset that breakfast isn’t the most important meal of the day.

I mentioned Phase 1 that allows you to have a 3 minute Fat burning ritual. This will change the way you think about your morning routine.   Get ready to Intermittent fast, though this might not work for everyone based on a history of eating disorders if you are pregnant or nursing have type 1 diabetes.  Always keep in mind when starting any new diet routine you might want to discuss this with your doctor.  

Intermittent fasting allows you to have an open 8 hr window of eating and about 16 hours of non-eating.  When your meals occur later in the evening you find you aren’t that hungry in the morning when you wake up. Skipping breakfast is the latest trend but doing it correctly will lead to success in losing weight.  Staying hydrated is key, don’t drink when you only feel thirsty. You should be drinking at least half of your body weight in water.   I wasn’t thrilled when I realized how much water I should really be intaking every day.  Water is also a metabolism booster and free of calories.  The book also gives great suggestions for breakfast items that are ideal for those who can’t give up on the idea of skipping breakfast but also for those with health reasons.
